Malachite | MCT | Malachite is a copper carbonate mineral with a hardness of 3.5 to 4. Most Malachite is cut from botryoidal masses. Malachite rarely occurs in crystals formed in long prismatic to needle-shaped. It can also occur as a crust or in stalactitic form.
